They currently have an opening for  AN EXPERIENCED ACCOUNT MANAGER - AD SALES AND SPONSORSHIP to be based in Lagos. JOB SUMMARY Co-ordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals.  Analyze sales statistics gathered through market intelligence to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of clients. Drive and deliver on sales targets.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work with and sell TV Network advertising across multiple platforms including TV, mobile and online. Work with clients and agencies to raise their demand for a youth and adult oriented music and entertainment channel that targets their desired demographic. Deliver on revenue and margin targets agreed with Head of Sales and Commercial Manager. Develop strong sales proposals that generate revenue for the company. Provide regular reports on operations and progress to the Senior Commercial Manager. Closely co-operate with other departments in the local business and in the region to effectively achieve own and departmental sales targets. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Sales Director and or Management.

Due to expansion into new frontiers, they look to recruit an  EXPERIENCED PROJECT SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER in Nigeria for a CONTRACT DURATION of 12 MONTHS. Reporting Line: Project Director & MEA Supply Chain Director. Networks & Links: Internal: Project Manager, Project Industrial/installation/Construction Manager, Project Sourcing Manager, EHS and Security, Finance, Human resources,  Quality, SC MEA & Central. Close interaction with Project Industrial Manager to ensure Bill of Material and planning of needs are set out and managed by the relevant Supply Chain (Off or On shore) Close interaction with Project Sourcing Manager to ensure Supplier Capacity and Logistics/Packaging specifications signature before business awards Close interaction with Project Installation/Construction Manager to ensure logistics activities are planned according to project needs Supply chain Organization for logistics specifications, operational costs and inventory policy External: Suppliers and key logistics players, audit consultants Scope of the job : During  the project ramp-up,  he/she is responsible to drive key activities with the project team to ensure all conditions related to suppliers deliveries, logistics flows and conditions, storage & stock policy, data and system management are met while meeting logistics QCD objectives defined during tender phase During  the project life , he/she coordinates all Supply Chain activities related to planning changes, suppliers changes or  technical modifications that have significant impact on suppliers capacity, logistics flows or data management During  the project closure , he/she coordinates all Supply Chain activities to secure the end of production (Missing Parts) while minimizing costs and obsolete inventories Purpose of the Job : Secure delivery plans during projects ramp-up and closure phases During project life, the PrSCM is providing the date of modifications applicability (rank) Support Supply Chain organization in case of critical deliveries issues at suppliers Secure Supply Chain Workload and Mobilization plan on the project Contribute to methods and ways of working improvement within PrSCM community. Key Responsibilities Ensure that personnel operate in an environment that complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies Ensure Supply Chain milestones are correctly set to ensure FAI on time Ensure that Business Awards are performed with logistics specifications in line with project objectives and Supply Chain targets including TCO approach Challenge Sourcing team to guarantee that orders to suppliers are placed on time and in coherence with Projects Work Package adherence Drive Supply Chain activities in case of planning changes, significant engineering changes, resourcing or double sourcing Support the procurement team in managing priorities Management of suppliers acknowledgment  and complete follow up process in ERP and needed information to Material Planners and Operations Manage Warehouse and Logistics activities in coordination Construction Manage inventory accuracy in all warehouse& yard Develop annual budgets (Resources) and appropriate organisational structure that support the Logistic activities. Due to expansion into new frontiers, they look to recruit an  EXPERIENCED PROJECT SOURCING MANAGER in Nigeria for a CONTRACT DURATION of 12 MONTHS. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manage the sourcing activity of the Project Ensure that the overall QCD target of the WP material under his responsibility is met Participate to the project management committee Encompass PSCL output in the overall picture of the project (availability of the purchaser requests on time and on quality for take-over by the buyers, availability of the material for the 1st train, consolidation of the logistic conditions) 2. Communicate project needs and ensures they are properly taken into account Organise launch meeting toward TSS and Dom Challenge new gaps compared to tender commitments, incorporates Return on Experience, escalate if any critical delay is occurring in specification availability, facilitates co-operation between Engineering and Sourcing, ask for arbitration in case of conflict Publish the specific legal requirements to be taken into account in negotiation, after analysis of the customer specific demand and after decision with the PM to flow down (or not) these requirements to the suppliers  3. Define and implement the Project Sourcing Strategy in full respect of QCD commitments Establish and agree with the PM on a Project Sourcing Strategy (if not done at Tender stage), in line Platform Sourcing strategy (panel, LCC objectives, dual sources...) Animates supplier selection through Business Award process, asks for arbitration when relevant Based on SSM, buyer, SPQD output, supervises contracts execution of selected suppliers until FAI milestone 4.
