Main Responsibilities : The role of the Office Manager is to organize and maintain the office operations by: Maintaining office efficiency by planning for, purchasing and managing office facilities including the office layout. Maintaining and replenishing office inventory including anticipating any needed supplies. Managing the day to day running of the office including purchases of all consumables. Maintaining a good look and feel within the office environment. Scheduling and assigning cleaning staff including following up on work results. Maintaining the office equipment’s, including repairs within the office. Ensuring the proper filing of office records. Performing other related duties as required. Qualifications and Experience Basic degree or Diploma in the hospitality industry. 2 years and above work experience in a busy work environment. Experience working in a hotel environment will be an added advantage. Relevant strong experience in office management and operations. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Very effective organizational skills.
