Missions principales : Définir la stratégie marketing de Jumia Algérie et contribuer à installer Jumia comme la référence incontournable du e-commerce en Afrique ; Optimiser la visibilité de Jumia en Algérie sur les Social Mediaş, dans la presse, à l’occasion d’opération marketing en partenariat ; Manager l’équipe marketing de Jumia ; Mettre en œuvre la planification des actions marketing de Jumia en Algérie; Définir et implémenter la stratégie de pénétration des marches ; Piloter le budgetmarketing ; Mettre en œuvreles campagnes marketing local dans le cadre des contraintes du budget ; Mettre en œuvredes innovations marketing ; Mettre en place le système de mesure de la performance des campagnes marketing, en évaluant pour chaque campagne le coût d’acquisition ou le retour sur investissement ; Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Country Manager et les autres directions pour l’amélioration de l’expérience vendeurs et clients ; Partager les bestpractices avec les autres pays.
