FMW Security Specialist to Deliver Managed Security Services

Advanced Customer Services (ACS) is looking for Engineers having the following background in FMW Identity Management products and solutions.

Oracle Identity Manager experience with the following

  • Connector deployment
  • Deploying SOA workflows
  • Modifying approval workflows rules and access policies
  • Troubleshoot provisioning and reconciliation issues
  • Navigate Identity console for manual remediation of issues
  • Administration of Connector Server

Identity Cloud Service experience with the following

  • SAML Integration
  • OIDC Integration
  • Navigate Identity admin console and familiar with various features offered by IDCS

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

  • Experience navigating in OCI tenancy admin console
  • Familiar with SSH connections to Compute Instances

These engineers will join Fusion Middleware Global Expertise Center, a team that centrally delivers proactive and reactive services for any country across the world, and will be focused on delivering Managed Security Services for customers mainly running their environments in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

ACS is an organization providing tailored mission critical support services for the full Oracle Product Stack. ACS understands the customer's needs and helps them to increase availability, improve performance, mitigate risk and save cost.

We look for engineers who can quickly learn and who are willing to work with new and innovative products and solutions, and who are capable to interact and collaborate with people in different teams globally to provide always the best-tailored solution to Oracle customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoot user and role provisioning issues reported through SR's in MOS
  • Troubleshoot system outage issues and bring up services as necessary
  • Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues in IDCS
  • Attend weekly cadence meeting with customer and report on the issue progress
  • Make configuration changes in OIG and IDCS as required for issue resolution
  • Modify and deploy SOA workflows as required for issue resolution
  • Modify and deploy custom login page in container cloud service as required for issue resolution
  • Connect to OIG schema and run SQL queries to troubleshoot data issues
  • Run Audit reports in Oracle BI for forensic analysis of issues reported
  • Run SQL scripts and PL/SQL procedures to update custom rules tables for access provisioning
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and fine-tune systems as required
  • Deploy CPU and bundle patches to OIG stack
  • Upgrade App Gateway whenever a new version is released

SKILLS:

Oracle Identity Manager experience with the following

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

University Degree

Excellent communication and technical documentation writing skills

Development background will be valued

Fluent English (other additional languages will be also valued)

Availability to travel and work onsite at customers by at most 25% of the time

Availability to work 24x7 if required.
