How It Works 36-Month rotation program (4 Rotations) withenriching development and rigor assessment Functional roadmap based on your Business Area UFLPs will spend 3 months working alongside aretail representative within a designated, local territory that spans avariety of customers to see how the work of product category, customer,and brand teams within Unilever pays off on the shelves. You can record andcomplete your video anytime, anywhere. All you need is a computer ormobile device with access to video recording (usually standard in most devices)and a stable internet connection. 4. Discovery Center – Once theinterview is complete, we’ll invite our top matches to our offices for a trulyimmersive experience. You’ll get to experience a number of excitingactivities and projects along with your peers, meet our leaders, and receivepersonalized coaching and feedback.
